to bad nobody makes a reusable dry flow panel filter like the material that aem/injen use in there filters

They do, and they are not great either but better than oiled. You can have a filter made to whatever specs you want if you wanna pay for it. We did.

AFE Pro-Dry S Air Filters

Just found this.....if i had the stock airbox that would be my choice over k&n
