I posted up about 2 months ago about my 8 being flooded after numerous calls, waiting and back ordered engines I got my car back

I was wondering, what light you guys can shed on the care and maintenance of the engine.

I have an automatic and it's a 2004,

red line a day, keep the carbon away

 

Redline, keep the oil up, don't shut if off till she's hot, and finally use the search on the top of the screen

 

Read the threads linked in my sig. And don't drive around redlining all the time. Take everything your read here with a grain of salt and educate yourself so that you can make an educated decision on how to care for your care and how you are going top utilize it.

Don't be lazy and post up threads looking for easy answers. Search. Anything you are going to ask has likely been answered a million times already over the past 8 years.
