ya i can't possibly ever have the same issues at an automatic right?

 

Yeah deff just had this happen to me tonight. I was driving and i was shifting from second to third gear and my engine light started flashing and car started acting like it was hesitant to run properly , then it would go in fourth and fifth gear but still acted hesitant. Then all the lights on my gages came on and sounded like it was goin to die so i got off the highway and turned it off and back on and it acted llike it didnt want to start and engine light was still flashing. Had to call my dad to get him to trailor it to the our friends private dealership. SO i have no idea what this could be. Any suggestions ... would greatly apprecaite it. I have 98k miles on it Im thinking either Catalic Convertor or my car needs a major tune up on replacing plugs and stuff. ;(

 

having a problem with my 05 shinka during accleration it seems to hesitate a little in 1st but then it picks up after about 3k new ngk plugs and wires. while back dealer said main lead and trail coils were bad replaced them was running good till about 3 months ago when this hesitation started to happen.... what could be the problem?

 

im sure u guys are mistaken, we cant possibly have the same problems as an automatic 8 according to zoom44.

btw, it sounds like coils, but i am no expert ask "zoom44"

 

So a year later the dealer finally decides to fix the catalytic converter... the car is FINALLy being fixed! Just thought I'd update you guys. Rofl.

 

Could someone explain to me why car comes to stop sign or traffic light and stalls out and does not want to start back up... It was towed to the Dealer Ship and was tested for diagnostic codes and Dealer Ship said at that time nothing was found wrong with car... They said they drove it around and did not have any problems... is cat still under warrenty?
