TURBO IT. without a doubt. You pretty much have the money and it is by far the most noticable upgrade you will do on the car. you could blow the 5k on intake,exaust, pullies and all that little stuff but you wont get even close to the gains of the turbo.. just make SURE you MAINTAIN the car to the extreme to keep it reliable with the turbo set up
