Premix and Oil help

I just got my 04 GT last week and wondering exactly what needs to be done for "PREMIX". Nothing on here says exactly what steps that needs to be done to do this for the first time.
How do I decide what oil to use in the car in general?
I was told no synthetic and to use 10W30 due to St. louis's heat is that right?

what is the OMP? and how do I disconnect so I dont have to much oil as one post said?

what is the exact Oil to Gas measurement anyone here recomends?
any other helpfull hints for a New RX-8 owner would help me out alot.

Thanks

Do u even need to do this ?

asked the same question in 1 of the thread then just start this one ?

Anyway.

No Synthetic is pure bullshit. Use what you want.

Will your area ever see snow? if not then 10w30 is perfectly fine.

OMP is a Mazda's compromise to make sure Rotary sells, search site for more details. You CANNOT disconnect OMP, if u do, your car will go into limp mode right away and u cant even get pass 3-4 K rpm.

IF you want to premix, start with about 4oz per tankful. Do it if you dont want to have a warp Apex seal when you're around 110K miles. but if you will sell ur car b4 that, then u dont really have to premix. but at least use a heavier oil than the 5w20 crap. use something at least 30.
