What on the turbo is upgraded? To be honest I would buy a used GReddy kit for about $1800-$2200 then have BNR upgrade the turbo for you. Alot cheaper.

its the fluid motorsports upgrade, ill paste the info below.. but otherwise only with luck i can find a used greddy kit...

description of upgrade:

Greddy Turbo Upgrade!!

To help meet the demand for more power from the Greddy turbo kit we have decided to performing an upgrade and rebuild service!

Upon receipt of your turbocharger we will disassemble, clean and inspect the unit to verify it is a candidate for a rebuild.
The turbine housing:

We start by machining the turbine housing in the area where the downpipe bolts to the turbocharger. There is a restriction in the original casting that makes the turbo flow less and maintain a higher operating temperature. Next we verify the wastegate hole was cast and machined to the maximum size for high flow and reliable operation. If not, we will port the wastegate to allow maximum flow to prevent over-boosting. We will then perform a “clip” process to the turbine wheel to further increase flow and turbo performance.

The compressor:

We have selected a compressor wheel that has excellent flow while still maintaining excellent spool and response (Similar to a 28G Turbonetics flow map characteristics). This requires that we machine the compressor cover to accept the larger compressor wheel and enlarge the inlet diameter to reduce intake restriction and improve flow.
Once all the machine work is completed we balance the new rotating assembly and reassemble the turbocharger using high quality components.

^I have that upgrade
it kicks ***

I'm pretty sure the BNR is good too tho. Take your pick. And +1 on finding a used kit.

I had my turbo setup for sale for a bit but no real interest. It's off the car right now. Not sure what I want to do with it yet.

well I only ran it at 9psi so we are talking of around 300whp

but you can go way higher, more than 350 should not be hard at all with this kit.

$4,400 is way too expensive for that kit used.

Besides you would be a lot better off buying from one of the guys on this forum.

Good luck getting it run at 350rwhp on stock ignition without problems.

The Greddy kit itself cost about 3.3K I think. and u probably need another 2 K to get it run ok for around 300rwhp.

the police said, used ones go for around <2K.
