It's been three weeks so far with no RX8 - the auto shop that Mazda actually pointed me too has been waiting on the glass replacement all this time. I was told "next wednesday" which will make it a WHOLE month my car has been sitting in the shop waiting on glass.

This sucks - anyone else ever gone thru someting like this? For the time I've been stuck in a Dodge Durango... EWW!

Back in the '70s I lived in Huntsville, Alabama, and drove a BMW 2002.

One day it got Huntsvilled. Took them six weeks to get parts. Drove a rental Japanese s-box for those six weeks. Japanese cars in those days were not the jewels that they are today.

Starting to shudder just remembering that ordeal.

Meh, imo the durango isn't that bad. Drinks gas but we're used to that, right?

 

Funny....... the glass shuld be in stock on the West Coast or East Cost warehouses.

 

we rebuilt my rx8 (got from auction)... took 3 months.. i feel ur pain.
