3 years.........
This has been an excellent time on here and with our baby, but we moved on to our new vehicle since we needed one more seat and AWD since we live in BFE lol. If we lived in a better area where we didn't have to drive it in winter and my wife didn't work 40 miles away we wouldn't be here right now doing this. 3 years and almost 40k for a total of around 116k on the clock and running good still. We've met many great people and their cars at meets (which we will still go to) and on this site, and we have no regrets ever buying or modding our car.
In a few years (maybe) we should be moving towards AZ and we'll pick up another when the time is right. Already have a copper red Shinka in mind when that time comes lol and won't have to worry about our area destroying everything. Our new edition is pretty impressive for an even trade if you ask me. MY04 Subaru Forester XT stick with full exhaust, lowering kit, and stage one tune. Very clean and with the suspension set up handles pretty good, and has some get up and go. Might not be a head turner like the 8, but still has some great curves and looks.

I'm not done with the 8 or this site, just a vacation till we get somewhere and things are a little better. I can't stand putting the 8 through winter and no garage (Need it with the weather, but more so the neighbors kids). Plus with 5 in the family now we needed something for right now which we got, so later I can gets me another 8 again. I'd drop it more, but the 1" is good enough around here, trust me since it's like going off roading when it comes to taking care of the roads during winter.
We would of love to keep both, but this area sucks for good paying jobs to do that. I seen something about the STI on another site, but didn't get a chance to read anything yet. At least if we go to a meet and an unseen blizzard hits I can tow people lol. I miss going around the turns fast as hell, tried in the forester and had some understeer lol, and also the high revs, and the little engine that could, and the fantastic looks as well. I would do it all again in a heartbeat. All I can say is I'll be back haha.
