Call me odd (seriously :D), but I wouldn't want the additional headaches from a maintenance/reliability standpoint that I would associate with a turbo rotary.

Ok I worked as a service manager for mazda until 4 months ago for a dealer still know 2 reps personally, and I can tell you without a second thought it is not happening anytime soon. maybe sometime, but not in the next year or two on U.S. soil
