It's funny how s366 turbo looks like smaller than s362 turbo

S362 turbo is for my Rx8 R3 400-450hp 91-93 pump gas daily drive. S366 is for an old school rx2 500 at 550hp VPFuel.

I love the Efr line but it's out of budget. S362 turbo is fine for 400-450whp. I hope so. With this I finish the engine bay.

390whp in the dyno I use is 420whp in any other modern dyno.

New turbo sxe 362 and new coils.

Some small changes. But it was perfect there. The turbo is almost bigger than the engine.

after seeing a few things over on RX7Club I’ve been studying this some myself. The SX-E turbos generally have a wider mass flow efficiency range for a given boost level over the EFR. Given the lower cost, smaller dimensions, and greater turbine choices I’m starting to look on them more favorably now myself.

Are you using the renesis front cover? Asking because you are still using the OEM rx8 coolant tank. I don't know where to go with the 3rd hose connection on that.

I am in love with .88 turbine housing.

An impressive change. improvement from 4,500 to 4,100rpm. It is more aggressive when it goes from 4,000 to 8,300rpm. The $ 100 invested was worth the thought.

Surprising amount of difference . Must be to do with the other housing being a twin scroll on the single scroll manifold.

can be. The change is remarkable. I don't know how to explain the change. it feels like the rx8 had less weight. If change to 19-inch wheels. maybe it improves more.

Great work! Beautiful build and attention to detail resulting in a stunning car. Would love to see a dyno of its performance.

I hope to go in April. I just need to change cluch and add extra Wastegate spring. I will soon upload the video. Maybe 400rwhp to 420rwhp in an old dyno. Equivalent to 430rwhp or 450rwhp on modern dyno, with 91 gas pump
My ecu only reaches 22psi. we will see how many hp it reaches with 19psi. For my daily drive car
