Why to buy and Why not to buy?
Just wondering if anyone could tell me some of the pros and cons of the rx8. I'm looking to buy a 2004 or 2005. I live about 2 miles from work so the mpg is not a huge issue. Can anyone tell me when the 6 speed Auto trans w/ paddle shifters was available?

With today's gas prices if you commute allot on a daily basis you will feel it in your wallet, but it's a trade off b/w performance and fuel economy. I get about 200 mi. per tank. I only fill up twice a month so I don't really care about gas prices.
