Right - like mine which was a Touring package. My full invoice sheet included:
RX8 6P - $xx,xxx
Touring Package M/T - $x,xxx
and
In-Dash 6-Disc CD Changer
Cargo Tray
Carpet Floor Mats (no charge)
Portfolio (no charge)
Moonroof Wind Deflector (worthless, but small charge)
Navigation System
Rear Wing Spoiler
Alarm Shock Sensor Upgrade
Spare Tire Kit
Wheel Locks (no charge)
Appearance Package
That's about $3500 in options on top of the $2500 for the Touring package.
No offense intended, but to get accurate feedback about a price you must start with an accurate (and complete) options list.
If you want to know what you can get it for.... well, that depends on the dealership. I'd say you should not pay more than Edmunds.COM says it is worth (but you'll need an accurate/complete options list to get a good number). I'd also suggest you look at the last dozen or so RX-8s posted in the for-sale sub-forum to get a feel for other asking prices.
One other factor to consider - tire wear. Check what a new set of tires will cost and see if there are brand new or completely bald tires on that car. Some dealerships will automatically replace tires if they're worn to a certain point and then increase the selling price accordingly which can limit your ability to negotiate it down.

The other options you mentioned have little to no bearing on a used cars price.
A new car GPS option is $2000. If you go to KBB and price a used with and without GPS it'll be roughly the same price.
I wonder if Forbes still has that link on how its pretty dumb to buy a new car and they kinda explained all this in it. My friend has a Mercedes C class which he is planning to sell and is pretty pissed off cos he got thousands of $$ more in options (and Merc's have EXPENSIVE options) like leather seats/Nav etc. and on the used market those option are pretty much worthless and add no value to your car. KBB shows almost the same price without the options he has and with the almost (when new) $10,000 options.

Here's one link I found on the topic. Can't find the Forbes link though
