I hit up the dealer today and test drove the 8 and i must say that im in love.

I was real tough on the salesman and the lowest i could get the car was 29,500 he wouldnt budge below that and i had to walk out.

This was for 6sp MT with GT package. MSRPs at 31,000

Was this a good price?

 

invoice is at $28,620. if there's a lot of dealerships within an hour of each other, you should be able to get it 1% over invoice. according to edmunds, it's a relatively good price as people are paying 30+. however, i'd always shoot for 1% or less over invoice up to 2% for hard nosed dealers and inavailability of the car in the area.
