FL Too good to be true?

I was browsing listings on craigslist when i came across a 2005 Black Cherry Shinka.

They didn't list anything specific about the car other than what someone would already know. (power seats, keyless entry, other basics) Such as the condition of the car, mileage, etc. I emailed about the mileage and the title.

The price is $13,000, which in Florida, from what I've seen, is freaking cheap for an 05.

I don't think that's overwhelmingly cheap, it's just a good deal.
We're in a recession - things are cheap, cash is king.
