Can I negotiate the price of an Rx8 before I tell them that I qualify for S-Plan Pricing. I used to work at a Chevy dealership and they would try to screw you if they found out you got a discount. Can someone please let me know. I had a 2004 RX8 but traded it in, if I can get the right price I would buy another.

of course you can. you're always free to negotiate however you like b4 announcing your intention to buy under the S-Plan. if u can get a lower price then why not? u can always go back on a different day and play dumb- saying that you found out that you qualify for S-Plan and would now like to use it. However, according to S-Plan rules, the dealer is not obligated to sell you the car if they don't want to. It's just their perogative. so, negotiate nicely and don't **** them off.
