reminds me of the super rx7 the other day for sale for $6000 or whatever. seller with good feedback selling a car for too cheap to be true prices.

if this guy needed to sell it, he'd go to carmax and get more than twice that for it. This isn't legit.

 

I haven't looked at too many ebay car auctions, but the $8500 is in the ad, not the auction text. As far as I know, there is no way that $8500 will "buy it now".

Even $18500 would be great.

 

the other thing that this action has similar to the previous fradulant one, is it's limited to preapproved bidders.

This way people who are interested contact the seller, and he then tells them how to send him money. It's the nigerian scam, but using ebay.

notice he says the car is in AZ, but his email address is in Spain.

E-mailed the guy, asked him if the car was in AZ, he said yes.. I told him I will give him 8500 cash right now to go pick it up, he said he can't do that... asked him if I can look at the car or have it checked for condition .. he said that's not possible. Funny guy.

 

Those rims look so shitty!!! I wouldn't thouch that 8 with a 10ft pole.

Take a look at his feedback, too. Seven pages of "Seller" feedback, many of which look suspicious. Not one buyer feedback. This is probably a scam for sure.

 

maybe we can find out his email address and home address and phone numbers then send him all kinds of stuff and call him in the earLy mornings and video tape his house.

 

Guess it was fake because its no longer listed on ebay.
