Does anyone know what the residual percentage is on an RX8 on a 36 and 48 mo lease with 15K miles per year?

On a MAC lease you would have to ask MAC or a dealer for the residual numbers. The dealer CAN jack up the MAC money factor but they can't change the residual - so whatever the dealer tells you should be correct for any dealer.

For a 3rd party lease using ALG numbers it is a dismal 45% on the 36/45k lease and 38% on the 48/60k lease. This is for a 6mt car, for an automatic the residual would be 1-2% less than these numbers. MAC also has a lower residual for the auto cars.

The 8 has a terrible residual and is NOT a good lease car at all - unless you get in on a promotional lease deal like the recent 24 month deals from MAC. These were/are below market interest rate and above market residual (equals a nice payment).
