Ordering
Is it possible to pre-order cars of your likings from a Mazda dealer? Or how does that work? I plan to get a Black GTP with both AP and RAP on it and with no navigational system. Other than that, that's it for me. But for some odd reason, a sales associate tells me that he can't get that car unless it's available to him at the moment.
Can't I just order the specs for the car with the accessories added onto it and just wait for a delivery date? I mean, I don't mind the wait, as long as I can get the car that I want. I don' t want to have to settle for something that I didn't want in the first place and having to spend a little more just by adding accessories that can come stock with the car. Any type of help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again!

What?? I ordered my car the way I wanted from a dealer. Yes, you can order it....unless something has changed. Try a different dealer who is willing to help you better. I have been waiting since Aug. 8th for my car...suppose to be here next week...I hope. Good luck!

Since the dealer wants your money now, they want to sell you a car off the lot, not order one. The sales person telling you that is full of it. You can order whatever you want. Maybe you should go to a different dealer.
And this is minor, but it wouldn't be a pre-order any more- the pre-orders were before the cars were being built. now you're just ordering one.
