Hey all...just joined this forum after purchasing my first Mazda RX-8. Found a 2005 with 28,000 miles for a pretty good price. Looking forward to being a part of this forum and learning a lot about my new car.

The RX-8 i bought is metallic red with black interior. Unfortunately i don't have any pics yet but hopefully i will post some this weekend. I switched to a RX-8 from a GMC truck, quite a switch if you ask me. Just wanted to get something that was fun to drive and the RX-8 is a sweet looking ride as well. So far i love it, just looking for some ways to improve my gas milage and make sure it runs for many years.

Welcome. Hell your gas should be about 5-10 mpg better then gmc, unless it was a 4 banger. That is a big jump, especially if you've had a truck all your life.

 

ha better gas mileage......just dont drive city miles and u should at least get up to 20-22 mpg at best.....welcome!!!
