How'd I do? 2007 RX8 purchase

Hello everyone,

First post on this forum. I've driven a 1992 Honda Accord for the past seven years (check it out here if you care http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=59213), but finally decided to get a newish car. I was considering several cars, Civic SI's, S2000's, and Nissan Z (as you can see I wasn't looking for a particular type of car, i.e., coupe or roadster, just a performance-oriented vehicle). I finally decided on and purchased a 2007 Rx-8 this weekend, here are some pics from the dealer's site (they might get taken down when they delist the car).

I paid $15,000 for it, its a 2007 RX-8 Sports 6 speed with about 43K miles. How do you think I did on price?

I guess you did alright (although I think $15k for a sport with 43k miles is a little high.. But, not tooooo high )

I got my 2007 Sport early 2008. The car had 8,000 miles on the clock. Paid $21,000 for it.

15, as was said, seems a slight bit high, but you didn't get completely raped so that's good

Dunno, had mine for coming up on 4 years now with no issues. Oil changes every 3k, tranny and rear diff as required, new plugs/coils wires as recommended. Also a healthy dose of running it in the red as needed to put a smile on my face. Congrats on the buy!
