What should I look for when buying a barely (<2000km) rx8 gt?

What would be your maximum price? The seller is willing to let her go for 27,000 canadian, which is "ok".

Is there anything particular about 06 models or it's just straight up buy and drive?

 

When you're looking at a preowned rx8 you need to be sure that the current owner has followed both proper maintenance and breakin routine as well as proper shutdown procedure. The rx8 is a bit fickle but will reward a diligent owner with years of enjoyment. If aftermarket mods/upgrades are performed the maintenance factor becomes doubly important. Good luck!!

 

the rx8 suffers from depreciation problems. 27k seems a bit high imo. but i suppose thats canadian, and not us. and rx8s also cost more in canada.

btw, leather is kinda overrated. i have red/black leather. and i dunno. im just not a huge fan. the leather in bmws are much nicer. and all leather gets very hot in the summer, and very cold in the winter.

 

that's because duo-tone interior in the 8 blows.

 

yeah, i was looking with my eyes not my butt.

i've been toying around with swapping to a cloth interior, and recieved a few PMs offering up their interior for the leather. lol. i also realized, i'd have to swap the steering wheel. and i dont know how to do that.
