Ok noob questions here.

1. Is this built into the invoice? If so, paying invoice still gives the dealer about $500 in profit right?

2. I see it can be easily taken off for '05s around this time of the year. What about '06s if you go in with the S-plan? With the argument being that they still get s-plan commission from Mazda etc...

A recent article I read on all manufacturer's policies on "holdback" show that Mazda's holdback is 2% of the base price MRSP. I would certainly think that it would be a bargining chip on any '05 at this point.
