According to Mazda's web site, the $5000 off for '09's comes to an end on 3-1-10. What will they do then just extend it, or come up w/ somethi8ng else?

 

It's been at $5K for a few months; I'd guess they'll keep extending until all the 09s are gone.

 

Think there's any chance it will go to $6000?

 

I bought my RX8 in Sept 08 when the rebate was $4K. In October it went to $5K and has stayed there. If it was going to rise to $6K, it might have already happened (I am only guessing though).

All I know is that there are still plenty of '09s in stock around here, including 2 R3s so unless it goes higher they have no chance of getting sold. The way gas is starting to get ridiculous again won't help matters either.

 

I know that there is now one less white 09 gt for sale...because I got it yesterday.
