+/- $200 Dealer vs. KBB/Edmunds Invoice Price?

I read in another thread where somebody was quoted dealer invoice but it was a little over $200 more than what Edmunds & KBB show. I was also quoted invoice but it was almost $300 more than Edmunds/KBB. Anybody know what this difference could be?
