Pettit Supercharger Dynos

I thought it would be nice to have a thread devoted to dyno charts contributed by Pettit supercharger owners. These plots should help illustrate a bit of what the product can do, and hopefully eliminate some of the confusion that has been manufactured by certain folks. As you can see by these, and the charts posted on Pettit's website (www.pettitracing.com) the kit provides plenty of power. With a nice flat torque curve you get immediate and smooth acceleration that stays with you all the way to redline. The true testament to the quality of this product is how satisfied all of Pettit's customers have been with it.

Thanks,

Juan - July 2008 - vBGarage: https://www.rx8club.com/vbgarage.php?do=view&id=36311

I just can't seem to find a straight forward "Before" and "After" dyno. Aren't people getting baseline runs at Pettit prior to the install?

getting misfires while cruising at 85+

I've ordered new coils/plugs. Haven't really driven my car in almost two weeks. Be patient.

Well, I saw it twice while cruising, and that is all I care to see. Yes, I'm running Yukon coils currently. I'm switching to MSD 8247s.

reset you eshaft sensor. just went through that a while back.

i would do it on cruise for me about 78 mph. it would blink once or twice then do it at the same distance on the way home.

Well, my CAI plan has changed, there really isn't room to put a 4 inch pipe all the way out; I am now plotting on a 3.5 inch pipe to put my air filter out front.
I am ordering the aluminum tubes this weekend. (if Murray's speed shop doesn't have it local)
