Uh - Anyone hear from Revlis Lately??

D'oh! I hope this wasn't him!

LYNNWOOD, Wash. -- Two drivers were arrested early Tuesday morning after they allegedly sped by a state trooper at 141 miles per hour.

State patrol spokesman Kirk Rudeen said a trooper was on Interstate 5 in when the BMW 330i and a Honda Accord sped by him in the northbound lanes near the 44th Street exit.

The trooper clocked the BMW at 141 mph, Rudeen said. The Honda was behind the BMW and keeping pace.

The trooper spotted both cars pulled over near the I-5 interchange with I-405. Rudeen said the cars stopped to let one of the BMW passengers ride in the Honda.

Both drivers -- a 22-year-old man and 18-year-old man -- were arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for investigation of reckless driving and reckless endangerment.
I know he's got a 335, but could be a typo?

AND...wtf? What kind of Honda Accord can keep pace at 141mph?

:D

I got an email from him around 10:30am this morning. I think he's 35 or 36, and yes, he has a 335i. I know he's had it up to 140 at least twice though... because I was with him in the car when he did it on our drive to Pacific Beach

I tend to think he's a bit smarter than to race a honda down I-5 where there are places for Smokey to hide.

I ain't dead yet...

It's all rumors and lies, all of it. Unless it's good stuff.

And yeah Kristopher is right, I tend to save the antics for out in the sticks where the Banjo's play.

Although On ramps are great fun as always, the 164th st & I-5 Southbound on ramp is good for 120mph at the traffic pacing signal... Yippa!

Been having lots of fun though, enjoying the ride.

I seem to remember a small race one night on the on-ramp to I-5 southbound from 128th as well...

On ramps are a fine place for Hi-jinx... And that was RX-8 Vs RX-8...

You uh... Looking for the rematch?

I drove around the outside of a new Lexus ES 350 Tuesday on that same Southbound 164th I-5 on ramp. I heard a lot of tire squealing and drama behind me as I pulled away and through the first apex. Watching him behind me wallowing around was rewarding.

Rematch... not now, lol. I know when to cease and desist

164th must be the longer on-ramp. I'll try it tomorrow on my way home, as I have a Challenge Day event on 164th.

I take that on-ramp on the way to work every morning. It's very satisfying when everybody moves out of the carpool lane in front of you. The guys in my carpool have learned when to grab the Oh-Sh** handles.

The Southbound on ramp and hell NorthBound On ramp are both rewarding... the Southbound on ramp has the added Concrete wall Barrier on the outside and is a fairly complex corner set...

Northbound is even more off camber and is a lot of fun.... Both are pretty long, as well. Catch them at the right time and it's pretty rewarding... PLUS, You get Under the OVERPASS Musical Exhaust Goodness!!!!
