Whoo hooo, an excuse to go buy tires, again!
It looks like it's going to get pretty crowded under the car 8)
On another note, the springs I bought used and the rears still have the old shocks in them. Any advice on how to get those suckers loose. I've had them soaking in penetrating oil for a couple of days, but they're still good and stuck.

aight - Mary's got the Ribs, the Rub, and the sauce lined up...we're getting burgers, too, and tater salad. Anyone wanna bring a bit of Pop? We've got a few beers - maybe a dozen to go w/ the case Kristopher promised.
ONE Problem - we're having trouble locating MaryHill Zinfandel to go w/ the ribs...still sourcing the wine.

With the ribs/sauce we're eating, we'll need a Zin. You'll have to trust me on that...the MaryHill Zin (Cuz it's inexpensive AND GOOD) and the ribs/bbq sauce we make is...breathtakingly good.
:D Now - if you wanna bring wine, I'll NEVER turn it down...so, yeah! :D

Actually, the nuts weren't the problem. The spring was literally stuck the shock housing. Dish soap was the key. That stuff is absolutely magical. It works for everything. It dissolved the built up grease, and with a little persuasion it all came loose. Thanks for the advice, though.

Still a 'go' for tomorrow morning, Kristopher? I hope to have the garage set-up by the time you arrive; you'll just need to back up into the garage, and we'll start yanking parts.

Thanks everyone for the help, the food, and the good times. Extra big thanks to Darin and Mary for hosting, and of course Dan for all the hard work. When it comes time for another upgrade in that department I'm sure I can handle it on my own now that I've seen it done (and helped a bit).
