Thumbs down Rontonkin Mazda sucks

I went to the dealer today to get one of my screws replaced because last night, I was trying to unscrew it and it broke in 1/2 on me. So the next day ( which is today this morning) I went to talk to the supervisor and he said that it wasnt under warranty. WTF....then what is exactly covered in our warranty then ? I mean it wasnt my fault that it broke in 1/2. I used a wrench to loosen to screw that holds the fender to the car and it broke. I ended up spending 36.75 to get that screw out. That is so stupid, i swear most dealerships got some issues and they are so messed up.

why were you trying to unscrew it? I think it would of been under warranty if the dealership was the one who messed it up but since you did it it lays in your lap. I guess what I'm trying to say is if you were trying to replace lets say a light bulb and you broke the housing by doing that, would you expect Mazda to cover it under warranty.
the worst Dealerships are Premier Mazda or Herzog-meier. both are lying bastards

Oh the reason why i was unscrewing it was so that i can install my hood dampeners by Tein. They are so nice in the engine bay and raise the hood very nicely. I mean its $150.00 but i really like Tein because i believe they are a really reputable suspension company. But anyways, I got the 1/2 screw out already and got these Hood dampeners installed in 1.5 hours. It took so long because i was the only one working on the car since its easier if you had another person with you because someone needs to hold the hood in place.

when did they bring the new GM in? I hope they got rid of the sales/finance team. they told me that they do so much buisness that they don't need customers like me. they tried to get me to pay 6 or 7 grand over msrp then came down to 4 grand over .I guess they don't like it when the consumer has been doing research for over 6 months and knows what the car is worth and knows how good his credit is.also it probably didn't help that I told them they had 10 minutes to get this deal the way I wanted, msrp and zero down, and I stuck to my guns when they tried to sweat me out called Cornerstone Automotive the next day and they found me the same car with the same options up in Seattle with the price 1 grand below msrp. called my bank and got sweet financing and the next day was driving my new car. so to say the least they put a really bad taste in my mouth.
