Nice to see that you two will be attending this year. I was getting worried that I wouldnt see any RX8's this year. Theres still time for people to sign up, and typically everyone signs up at the last second.
Please if you can send me your classy chassis registration form, a pic of your car, and proof of your insurance card, so i can submit it to the classy chassis around April 1st. You can do it via email @ strawburbr@msn.com or mail it to my address .

People just don't seem as motivated this year as in past years, but alls ok for a decent turn out.
Thanks for signing up, again I was hoping to see some 8s.

Dont forget the smell of fuel and oil
but then theres also the smell of smoke and tires 
Ok, I have 32 attendees so far to let you know. I do know that there are a handful of people that are coming but slow in signing up. Will keep you all up to date. In a month or so I will list everyone.

I think a few from the RPNW club will be attending. They are near Oregon. I could give the president of the club your email if you would like, and someone could contact you on details on if they are caravaning or not.
Get signed up for the hotel and a package.

Theres 4 more days to sign up for the Hotel and the Packages for this event. As of April 2nd the hotel rates will go up to $179.00 a night. So I encourage all that wishes to attend this event to get signed up under our room block (RPNW) by April 1st, so you can get our discount at $119.00 a night. Much cheaper to reserve now instead of paying a crazier amount at the last minute. (If they have any rooms left).
Everyone who hasnt sent me their Classy Chassis stuff, I need that stuff by April 1st-sih.

Hi All,
Well its getting closer to our event. This year there are a few changes. Some have asked me about packets.
Usually when you arrive at the Hotel, there is an area near the front desk after you check in, where you pick up your packets, and get a box lunch. This year due to costs, RPNW could not afford the box lunch that we usually get. This year inside your packets (in an envelope) is a card to get lunch at arbys, which is located a block or so away from the hotel. I put a lunch card in everyone’s packet that signed up before the deadline.
Since there is no area really for me to setup to give everyone their packets when you arrive, I or someone will be near the front lobby area with your packets. If you come late, then I will take your packet to my room, so please find my room. I will ask the hotel if I can put a little sign up with my room number on it. If not I will put a sign on my door since we all will be located on the bottom floor of the hotel.
I know that some people will be attending that have not purchased a packet. I'm ok with that, as some can not afford the cost of a packet. But please if you do come don’t attempt to enter my banquet unpaid or the car show (as RPNW had to purchase awards).
Inside your envelope is your banquet ticket, please don’t lose that ticket. You must bring it to get in to the banquet, and have your hand stamped, no acceptions if you lose it. You can purchase a ticket from me if you wish to attend the banquet. The cost is $35. If you purchase a banquet ticket, I will also allow you to enter the car show, everything else of course is free to come to.
I do know that the hotel will want all people registered in a room to register your car. After 10pm they will not let you in the parking lot if you are not registered. Usually every year they give you a band to put on your arm, to also enter the hotel.
Please try to be on time for scheduled events (listed on your program guide inside your packets). This way we can all go as a group, and not be so rushed.
This year we have a lot of raffle (more than in past years), so please support us by purchasing more raffle. It helps pay for the cost of the event. We also have Rotor Rally hats for sale, so if you want a rotor rally hat get um fast. The cost of each hat is $15, and I only have 25 hats. We also have Honda haters inc stickers, Rx7club stickers, and Nopiston stickers for $5ea. (will be selling everything at event).
