Looking to meet some other RX-8 owners and go cruisin. I live in Seattle (Issaquah). Anybody up for it?

Welcome! There are many of us who go on monthly cruises - you just missed one last Sunday in fact. Kristopher_D usually plans them and he's taking ideas for the April drive. Check out the Shamrock Shuffle thread and you can see how the March drive went and who participated.

Congratulations and welcome to club. Like 05TiGr8Lady said, we just had a drive that was fantastic, but you are definitely invited to the next one. It is a very fun group.

Welcome, and yeah, definitely join us. There's also a Meet and Greet and Doug's Lynnwood Mazda next Saturday (the dealer is providing the space, the food and beverages, and has promised not to let the sales people hassle us. It's looking like 30-40 RX-7s a few 8's and some other Mazda's too.
And yes, I'm always taking suggestions on where to go (and yes, I've been told to go "there" several times already ).

I'm up in Redmond. It's a real short drive to Issaquah for me (15 minutes on the Parkway). With the days getting longer, maybe we should have a mini get together one afternoon/evening and attack cougar mountain. It's less than 10 minutes to the top and there's a great park (used to be a Nike Missile Installation) at the top for BBQing. The last half mile is dirt road, but it's usually really smooth.

I use http://importcar.meetup.com/201/ as a way of spreading the word regarding events posted at http://www.the-winding-road.com
I'd be happy to use the-winding-road to set something up. At the same time, for an RX-8 only thing, this is really the best place to do it.
