I passed emissions!
I didn't think it'd work here in WA but they didn't do the sniffer (or use their noses I guess). Just the ODBII test and I was out of there. Yay!!
The lady said my car was only the second she's ever seen through there that she liked.

In Oregon in the Counties that test for emissions they only do the OBDII check. No CELs and you are good to go. The actual testing takes just couple of minutes. Knowing that definitely made the decision easier to add a turbo to the car
I have spoken to the Washington State Department of Ecology, and is ILLEGAL to do a sniffer test on our cars. If this happens to any of you, REPORT THEM.
There are small handful of cars that are post 1996 that still need a sniffer test, only because their scanner tool does not play nice with those particular cars ECU's. Its quite a small number, less than 5 if I recall correctly.

You MUST have the CEL delete map in order to pass without a cat.
