Anyone have experience with Ron Tonkin Mazda?

Time to take my 8 in for first service and some warrenty work. Bought the car at Ron Tonkin Mazda in Portland. Anyone have any experience with their service department ?...either good or bad? Royal Moore Mazda is MUCH closer to home but I thought I should take the car to Ron Tonkin for this initial work. From what I've read here on the forum there are good service departments and then there are lots of horror stories about others. Any opinions on either of these dealers service departments?

Thanks in advance!!!

All I know is that Tonkin Mazda service dept. never returned my phone call after I asked them something about the NAV system that they said they had to check into with first with MazdaUSA. Also (and this probably doesnt mean that much since its not Mazda) I know Ron Tonkin TOYOTA service was going to make me pay $4000 on an engine repair that another Toyota service department I went to next said was under warranty and fixed for free with no questions asked. But because of those 2 issues I won't be servicing my new 8 at Ron Tonkin Mazda.

I wont try Premiere Mazda again, after I got my car back from service, the "kid" who work there changed my radio presets to his favorite station, that really pissed my off.
