Hey, I've noticed a few RX-8s around the campus, is that anyone here?

 

I desparately wish that I could say I am one of them. I'd love to leave my current job for a position at Microsoft!

 

well I know Hymee does work for Microsoft and visits there on business

but he is from Australia so i don't believe he brings his 8 :p

 

Why, what's so great about MS?

 

Right now I'm a data center operator. I watch the servers in the data center for errors. But if there are any errors, do I get to fix them? No, I get to call someone else who gets to fix the problem.

I'd love to find a job that allowed me to use/develop my skills, not just sit and watch everyone else do the work...make sense?

 

Yes, but MS is a huge company.... even if they were to hire you, it doesn't necessarily mean that you'd be doing anything better than what you're doing now. I mean, there's probably people working at MSFT right now that do the exact same thing you do.

 

At least it would be for Microsoft... have you ever heard of DaVita?
