Hey guys, sorry about the delay. I have been traveling throughout eastern oregon working on airports the last 3 weeks, and have had very little internet access. Its looking like i'll be done out here in about 2.5 weeks, but if rtrykng wants to throw one, go for it, otherwise, the first weekend im back, im all over throwing a big one. I just dont know how much longer this will last.

 

if you have enough people, do one this weekend. Ill throw the next one, probably like the 23rd or 24th.

well I tell ya what. we can roll back and forth. I live in Woodburn. About half way between Salem and Portland. I just moved in so throwing one at my lil hoosie is a bit hard. Weekend of the 24th is perfect for me. This is Fathead's baby to start. I am just supporting lol. so if that weekend is ok with all, lets set a solid time and date.

i've been out of the loop of things for a while but i'm usually game for taking a drive. I just need to know in advance so I can make sure i have a babysitter for my kids.

 

I'd be up for a group drive starting around the Portland area.

I've had my 8 for 4 1/2 years and haven't met any other RX8 owners. Most the group drives I see posted are too far north or too far south to be any fun for me.

Not sure if you have had your drive yet or not but count me in next time if you already have.....there would be nothing more spectacular than to see that many 8's cruisin at one time......

 

I havent put one together yet. Im still out on the road. There might have been one, they talked about one, but AS SOON as i get back, the drive will happen. Looking like 2 more weeks. Ill keep you all updated. I cant wait to shock the area with a gathering. I get asked all the time what my car is, wait till there are 20 of my car!

It would start in Wilsonville at Frys Electronics, and ends up at a park with a view here outside of Newberg. Really fun, takes about an hour. Hey, hows everyone? I have had the 8 for 3-4 months now and when i first got it there i saw like one and i was the only one to have it in my area. Anyways i have seen alot more ppl buying them and ya why not start a 8 crew it will be SICK. I live in Lake oswego. Anyone close by ?

i'm not sure how many of you own walkie talkies, but they are very useful to have during these drives. I've only been on 3 drives so far, 2 of which didn't have any walkies, and 1 which had them and they help a lot. Especially if we manage to get a high turn out in the Portland area meets

 

i can prolly go to meet up with u guys at fry's just to check it out but the drive is to far away for me.

 

I have a soccer game Saturday so it is doubtful. What time though just in case I can make it?
