I read that statement I can't tell you how many times to fully understand the meaning of it. Thanks for that.

Ls1,
I thought you stated you managed to have the instrument cluster work with; Do you have any interior videos you can upload?

Part of the issue might be due to running a manual transmission in an automatic car.

Well sad to say I won't be able to brink it to the track for a few weeks. But deffanetly will get some track times when I can.

As far as the shifter is that's an f-body shifter and will be making a custom one for the stock shift **** for the factory shifter for it to sit same as factory.

All in all great swap tho guys, figure once I dick around with a rotary long enough and get tired of not having torque this may be in my distant future.

LS1 and BH,
IS there a relation between you two? One a customer and one a builder?
Also, for future reference, what would it cost to duplicate the conversion? Assuming you sourced everything (engine / trans / parts) except the donor RX-8.

There is NO relation at all. I have no idea who this guy is. If you are interested in pricing shoot me an email. I'd be glad to work up some pricing & Estimates for you.

The customer of BH with the red ls2 rx8 visited me on his moving trip to meet up with a fellow v8 rx8 owner.

I have designed my own mounting equipment that bolts to the car rather than welding. And offered on my site and now offer installs at our family owned and operated full service mechanic shop by the name of Bryan's place in Zachary Louisiana.

Having a rx8 v8 as a daily driver in Louisiana is leading me to having heater is working and custom ac hoses for the ls swap will be offered soon as it will be getting hot here and will not be barible to drive 3-400 miles per week without that comfort. I have now put 10k. Miles on my build and is a blast.

Im not trying to push any of my business through this site (while no longer being a vendor) as I do try to follow the rules. I am simply stating the work we did on this vehicle & trying to keep up with questions and comments.
