wiring has been damaged

i am pulling the engine out after an unsuccessful attempt at a rebuild, and this time around i am taking the wiring harness out with it instead of leaving it in, i noticed two connections have been severed one way or another, can anyone identify them?
the white connectors together in a pair are the ones in question.

The broken one is the O2 sensor plug... square grey one

The white and black ones are the transmission plug ends that were cut at the switches on the transmission
