hello to all 8 owners and enthusiats... long time lurker... first time poster.

i've been working on a rebuild on my 04 and i'm a little stuck on some of the grounding points on the engine wiring harness.

i was bright enough to mark all the injectors and most of the connections... but i'm a bit unsure when it comes to a few of the grounding points on the harness. as well as a couple of the connections.

i've done a lot of digging before posting this... so if someone is gonna reference me to the manual on foxed please be specific.

if there's a diagram out there that i haven't found yet, it would certainly be apprecaiated.

here's some pictures:

my first concern are these two connectors... the first is the sensor on the intake manifold... the connectors don't seem to mix and match so when these two lonely plugs fit together i was a bit relieved, but the odd coloring on the wires of the connector pairs makes me a little uneasy.



the second is much less concerning, not sure why i'm posting it to be honest... but because the first connector is nearby to this one... i feel the need to post it as well.



the next is a grounding point that, from my memory should pin to one of the injector rails...

but it clearly doesn't reach... am i wrong about where this one bolts to?



lastly is an overhead shot: i've done a little spiffing up on my wiring harness by wrapping it with a fresh round of electrical tape and some zip ties to reinforce wiring bundles etc.

i'm not finding the spot where the two oversized clips are supposed to go... and i just want someone to tell me if this looks out of sorts.



let me know if i can provide any other pictures or information... i'm hoping to have my 8 back on the road next week if fortune favours me.



my used 8 came with these rad decals subtly placed on the kickpanels... i'm hoping it's a sign that this is where i belong.
