Why cant I post on this forum?

I've been a member for over a year, I've purchased items from other members. I have some quality items to sell, and I can't create threads in parts for sale section. Also I've tried to create threads in the past concerning my experience with these cars (I build, service and maintain rotaries for a living) and havent been given "permission". In fact this New Members Forum is the only section I can post in. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

You only have 2 posts. The rules are 30 days and 10 posts before you can post elsewhere.

That is a good question.... I have plenty of replies in the "Parts For Sale" section for all of the parts I bought through this forum.

You don't have to create 10 new threads; reply posts count as well.
However, replies in certain forums don't add to your post count.
I don't remember all of them but the Lounge and classifieds forums are definitely included in this.

I have the same issue while trying to sell an RX-8. But I see in the NE Sales board that there are posts from people with 1 or 2 posts. So I'm hoping that my post will be eventually approved before my 30 days.

Had the same problem, been a member for forever, just browsed the posts, never really anything else. Guess I need to post more
