Sorry guys can't get the pics to work. I will just try and explain. before you take the exhaust off there are support bars the go over the exhaust towards the rear. What are these called? I took them out to put on new exhaust but they are a little old a rusty and I would like to replace them

They are called cross members.
The front one (at the rear of the transmission) is part number F15256H10B.
Can't find the part number for the rear.

You could just clean them up and paint them with POR15.

I just cleaned these on my car. Try soaking them in some Evaporust. It worked well for me.
