vacuum problem???

curious question i got a p0061 light which is the ssv, so i start digging around on it and theres no vacuum to it at all, any ideas? car starts and runs fine, cel comes on and off, just cant get a vacuum to be pulled on it, im thinkin this might be the problem but idk??? any help?
