I turn the key and hear a click. Usually if I tap on fuse box or fuse on battery it will start. I've checked the fuses, battery, and alternator. Any help would be appreciated.

Also I might mention when this happens it's not cranking or starting. Just nothing but what sounds like ignition relay. But when it crank and start it sounds perfectly normal

What Red line & 200 are getting at is your description of the issue sounds like you have a loose or intermittent electrical connection to your starter. As h/b identified...the loose connection c/b either at the battery..OR at the starter.
The starter is the cylindrical item in the pic below... located under the car... alongside your transmission... on the driver side. Once there...you will see the electrical power and ground wires connecting to it. Check for any loose nuts or frayed wires, etc. there.
All the best.

Starter isn't getting power. Either would be a fuse issue or a wire connection issue. Just ensure all connectors are tightened and all fuses relating to your ignition system aren't broken. Should be good to go.

Red line - Good point... yes, the negative battery terminal s/b disconnected before addressing the starter connections.
Cayman Rotary - Doubtful its a fuse issue b/c OP indicates that the car starts "intermittently / sometimes". How would his car start ever if there was a corresponding blown fuse?

The starter safety switch On the clutch petal ? I could see that being a problem yes. It would be the switch on the back that get depressed when you press on the clutch petal.
