When you say "will not work", what does it do?

It will not go in to gear easily when it is hot and when you try to put it in to gear the car will crawl forward slowly but it is not in gear. and if you try to start the car in gear the car will crawl forward when the clutch is pushed all the way in.

I would say your clutch pedal needs to be adjusted, it's not disengaging fully. And when it's cold it doesn't do this? It could also be a hydraulic problem starting with air in the clutch line, but neither of those would only manifest when warm, it would happen all the time.

Not when it's running lol, it might start moving. I don't think it matters for the pedal adjustment if it's cold or warm.

Mine had air in it and did exactly that. I had to bleed it several times to get it working.
