RX8 Rebuild Question

Hey guys,
Does anyone know of a book or website or anything relating to the torque specifications for engine bolts and such. I am rebuilding my 13B-RENESIS engine and can't find the torque specs for the different bolts and parts. I don't want to put it all together and break a seal by tightening it too much. Any sort of help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Google : 13b msp engine manual.

So your rebuilding it without the manual?

How did you clearance seals? Where did you get your wear/damage limits?

I'm sorry but your already wrong.

Travis

You better start reading and fast. It's not as easy as most people think.

I have done research on the process. Also i don't know what the insides look like till I take it apart so I guess I can't say a rebuild is even possible. I read the link that RIWWP posted and I fully understand. I'm not going to rebuild it if it isn't worth it. Is there anything else I should know? I'm not trying to sound like an ***. I want as much info as I can from people that have done a rebuild so hopefully mine goes smoother.
Thanks

Don't reuse seals and such, I would just buy all new.
