I just got the car not to long ago, and recently it has had a minor gas leak... It looks like in between the oil pan and the tranny or leaking from the top idk how to find out...

It's a common spot for a leak after an engine replacement, and is incredibly dangerous if that is leaking. It has caused car fires which are always a total loss, fortunately no injuries have been reported.
