Rx8 iron pitting

I know this is from coolant seals and I know it’s a common theme between rx8 irons. I’m using hylomar to put my motor together, should I use something alittle more strong for this pitting?

That pitting doesn't look that bad. I had worse in a couple spots on my irons and nothing leaks. With a little hylomar you should be fine in my non-expert opinion.
