Rx8 Bogging/Loss of power Short/Long drives (NO CEL)

Hello, I'm creating this thread to help anyone who has had these issues.

Problems I had and you may have had to relate are below:

2004 rx8 73k miles original engine NO CEL

-Loss of power all ranges when hot
-Complete loss of power and slug like driving after short trips or long trips
-Stalling at lights when bogging down and Because Idle drops below 750 and continues intl it dies or you accelerate.
-Overheating long trips ( i cant confirm this will fix it because my car doesn't over heat but i haven't tried it out on long drive (Hours plus). My car overheated before i fixed the issue on long long drives 2 3 hours plus. But on short drives its better now.
-Rough ide and not so smooth when accelerating. I had a delay in acceleration when my car was bogging down.

What fixed my problem:

The issue was A. my fuel pump or B> the outlet on the fuel pump which was cracked and had a leak that i made bigger when i changed the fuel pump. Or C. my Fuel pump assembly/sock was the issue because they were replaced due to the crack and me putting a new fuel pump assembly 233 dollars.

The car runs much better and no longer bogs down. Hope this helps and points people in the right direction when they lose hope in trying to figure this out. Some problems i've noticed in these cars can not be found as easily and the CEL light wont always pop on.

Items changed before solving the issue:
Midpipe
Coils
Plugs
Thermostat
Cleaning Sensors and intake and checking SSV and vacuum lines

Also, why can i only make posts in new member forums after 3 months of being a member? why the Hate?

If you read the sticky thread at the top of the thread list marked to the attention of new members, you will see it explained clearly. Posting to open forums is allowed after a prescribed length of time AND number of posts. For this reason, even someone who joined at the very beginning would still be able to post only here if they had only posted 2 or 3 times over the years. It would seem to be a way to achieve two goals: getting the new members used to participating constructively and giving them time to learn protocols governing proper posting techniques and subject matter. It isn't hate so much as a lack of active participation of your part.

It's actually a combination of the two that count as a whole. A new member can post his brains out in the course of a week and still have to wait out the prescribed time.
