Replacing / repairing a headliner in a series II....

Has anyone had to do this? Are there any decent options besides the insanely expensive dealer replacement?
Overall it is in good condition, but for some reason the rear driver side is out and no matter what I do, I cant get it to fit back up in place and retained the way it should be...

Thoughts?

Thanks....

there might be a clip that snapped, but the hard part of the headliner looks kinda beat up. is there anything on the door or seal around it causing the issues?
what all have you tried? more details on the car( year, sunroof or not( dosen't appear to have one))
the more info you give us the better we can try and help you.

oh and here's a how to remove the headliner thread

Ah, sorry about that.... its a 2011 R3, no sunroof...
The edge does look pretty trashy, like its probably been like that for awhile. definitely could be some bad clips up in there that I cant see at this point.
Ive tried pulling the trim back to push the edge of the headliner back up in there but oddly enough, it just seems like it has shrunk, which is strange.
The door seal looks in tact and in decent condition... I'll check out that link you sent me, maybe i need to remove it and kinda start over like it could just been in there crooked or weird like, haha...
Again, thats for the help, really appreciate it
