so I got a 05 4-port, 4-speed rx8 last year with the trans shredded. I desperately need help putting it back in and reconnecting everything to the right place. I'm very lost please help.

Your thread title is misleading.
It appears you want help in rebuilding, but your issue appears to be installing the transmission.

I suggest you research this forum about 4 port Rennys and rebuilds before you sink any more money into it.

You may be better off cutting your losses, but that's a decision you need to make.
