Rear tire stud

This is my first rx8 and i am loving working on it and can not wait to get it all straight. But at the same time a lot of the issues were created by stupid owners before me. this is what Iam facing now any ideas??​​​​​​​

The stud cam be replaced after you get the wheel off.... Might be easier to just replace the whole hub...they aren't that expensive and might not be a bad idea anyway

I was able to drill in the center and hit it with a sledge and get it off. Lucky i was able to flip the rim over and hit the weld from the inside of the hole and it popped out so no damage to rim other then some weld splatter i will have to sand. Now come trying to find out how to remove lug
