2004 rear license plate screws feel in side the bumper.

Problem, can’t hang license plate.

Issue, the screws for the license plate where stuck as I tried to get the one off it fell inside the bumper. I now have a square hole with nothing to put a screw in.

Question, Where do I go to replace? Looking to buy new ones or something that will hold the license plate on.

You might be able to get away with a simple bolt kit like this. The white plastic square will perfectly fit in your square hole:
